The X-LOCK mount on Bosch's X-LOCK Cup Brushes allows for up to five times faster change out than traditional interfaces. When mounting an X-LOCK wheel on an X-LOCK grinder, there is an audible snap. Without the use of a spanner wrench or flange nuts, the wheel mounts properly. With the pull of a lever, the wheel is removed from the grinder. Weld size, burrs, and corrosion are easily removed with Bosch Cup Brushes. The stainless steel bristles on these crimped wire cup brushes provide a smoother brushing action for confined spaces. The vibration is practically eliminated by the precision-balanced cup, which is made of high-quality materials. Standard 7/8 In. mounts are not backward compatible with X-LOCK Cup Brushes.
