The X-LOCK mount on Bosch's X-LOCK Wire Wheels allows for up to five times faster wheel changes than traditional interfaces. When mounting an X-LOCK Wheel on an X-LOCK grinder, there is an audible snap. Without the use of a spanner wrench or flange nuts, the wheel mounts properly. With the pull of a lever, the wheel is removed from the grinder. This high-quality crimped tempered steel has a high wire density for long life, deburring gears, removing oxides, size, and flash, and blending edges. Deburring metal, bead weld prep, cleaning welds, edge blending, and more are all possible with Bosch cable-knotted, stringer bead, and crimped wire wheels. Technical applications are possible thanks to the precision-balanced wheel and sturdy construction.
