The X-LOCK mount on Bosch's X-LOCK Wire Wheels allows for up to five times faster wheel changes than traditional interfaces. When mounting an X-LOCK Wheel on an X-LOCK grinder, there is an audible snap. Without the use of a spanner wrench or flange nuts, the wheel mounts properly. With the pull of a lever, the wheel is removed from the grinder. Carbon steel with a narrow face is used in this full-cable knotted wire wheel for more complicated brushing applications in tight spaces, such as cleaning welds on angles or corners. Deburring metal, bead weld prep, cleaning welds, edge blending, and more are all possible with Bosch cable-knotted, stringer bead, and crimped wire wheels.
