The X-LOCK mount on Bosch's X-LOCK Backing Pads allows for up to five times quicker wheel changes than traditional interfaces. When mounting the X-LOCK backing pad on an X-LOCK grinder, there is an audible snap. The included X-LOCK clip secures the wheel in place. With the pull of a lever, the wheel is removed from the grinder. For excellent metal removal and finishing, the pads work with Bosch abrasive fiber discs made with high-quality Zirconia grit. Backward compatibility with standard 7/8 In. arbor mounts is not possible with Bosch X-LOCK Backing Pads.
