Product Overview

The X-LOCK mount on Bosch's flap disks allows for up to five times quicker wheel changes than standard interfaces. When mounting an X-LOCK wheel on an X-LOCK grinder, there is an audible pop. For no losable bits, the wheel mounts correctly without the use of a spanner wrench or flange nuts. The wheel is removed from the grinder by pulling a lever. For metal grinding or mixing applications, Bosch flap discs are made with high-quality Zirconia grit for excellent speed and reliability in harsh environments. This coarse grit flap disk has a rubber backing to prevent material gouging.
