MiTek RT series hurricane ties connect trusses and rafters to top plates. Additionally, they may be used to tie wood framing members to resist uplift and lateral forces. MiTek connectors are designed for code compliance, easy installation with commonly-available fasteners, and high performance.

Triple Zinc (G185) galvanized finish for interior and exterior uses

Made from 18 Gauge steel

Requires eight 10d nails and nine 10d x 1-1/2 nails or seventeen 10d nails for installation
