The X-LOCK mount on Bosch's metal-cutting abrasive wheels makes for up to five times quicker wheel switches than traditional interfaces. When mounting an X-LOCK Wheel on an X-LOCK grinder, there is an audible pop. The wheel is securely fastened without the use of a spanner wrench or flange nuts. The wheel is removed from the grinder by pulling a lever. For cutting uses, Bosch bonded abrasive wheels are made with high-quality Aluminum Oxide grit for excellent speed and toughness in rugged environments.
